Director, Employee Wellbeing

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world?s leading global law firms with over 4,000 partners and employees in 30 offices, is seeking a Director, Employee Wellbeing, resident in an office where the Firm has a substantial presence. Reporting to the Chief Engagement Officer and working collaboratively with the Human Resources team, the Director of Employee Wellbeing works to support all aspects of wellbeing for the Morgan Lewis community through the ideation, development, and implementation of firmwide programming and educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
? Increase employee engagement through the development and implementation of programming and communications designed to improve wellbeing of Morgan Lewis partners and employees and their families across the globe.
? Use background in counseling or a related field to communicate firm priorities about wellbeing and direct ML partners and employees to appropriate internal and external resources; this position does not involve the provision of counseling services to employees directly.
? Work collaboratively with Firm Human Resources and employee benefits team to identify appropriate resources to support wellbeing of ML partners and employees and their families.
? Improve productivity of ML partners and employees by identifying and working to ameliorate stressors in the personal and professional life of ML partner and employees.
? Work with Firm IT and Communications department to develop effective strategies for promoting wellbeing initiatives at Morgan Lewis.
? Research wellbeing opportunities including service providers (vendors) who specialize in improving workplace wellbeing; provide ROI analyses and recommendations for management consideration, as needed.
? Develop metrics to fundamentally show improvements in employee engagement through wellbeing.
Experience/Qualifications:
? MSW or similar advanced degree in a related field preferred; 7-10 years of experience in a related field required.
? Familiarity with the professional services sector; legal experience preferred.
? Exceptional organizational and project management skills, demonstrated ability to develop and launch enterprise wide programming.
? Knowledge of varying cultural norms of wellbeing and health and ability to work across regions globally.
? Good working understanding of HIPAA, GDBR and other global privacy regulatory schema.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
