We will provide you with the knowledge and tools necessary to ensure your assigned gardens are productive, healthy, and beautiful.
Days can be long and challenging.
However, we have a supportive, collaborative work environment and like to have fun, too.
Qualifications:
--Professional experience in farming, gardening, or landscaping (1 year preferred- however, we will train right candidates) --A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn --The ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 40lbs --A valid driver's license --A willingness to work as part of a team, or independently --Excellent written and verbal communication skills --Excellent customer service skills --A passion for organic gardening and sustainability Job Type:
