You will manage a team of highly trained, optimistic Advisors, Operators, Attendants, and Supervisors to provide exceptional guest service in a fun, interactive atmosphere.
We need a dedicated team member that has experience in management, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry.
General Requirements:

and able to pass a background check 18 years of age or older 50
Hour Work Week - Including Evenings and Weekends Advanced Computer Skills Mechanical aptitude or knowledge 4
years of successful management experience Highly developed communication skills - bilingual a plus! Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred Responsibilities Conduct reports on site-specific analytics and issues Participate in nationwide and regional initiatives Drive business for your site of operation Develop your team and manage corrective action Repair minor mechanical issues Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met Manage all fiscal responsibility for site Other duties as assigned Company Core Values HOSPITALITY:
