In addition, we oversee and manage all services and contracts for vendors serving the home, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Home Management Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and possess a strong background in residential property management.
As a Home Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our clients' homes, while fostering strong relationships with homeowners and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing their concerns and providing solutions for various home-related issues.
Coordinate and oversee the resolution of mechanical equipment, pool equipment, plumbing, electrical, and other household issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage all aspects of vendor services, including contracting, scheduling, and quality assurance, to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Develop and maintain a network of reliable and qualified vendors, conducting regular evaluations to ensure their adherence to company standards.
Proactively identify potential problems and recommend preventive measures to homeowners, ensuring the longevity and optimal functioning of their homes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of home management activities, including service requests, vendor contracts, and homeowner preferences.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as accounting and operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
Provide regular updates to homeowners on the status of their service requests and ongoing maintenance activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in home management, and implement relevant strategies to enhance the overall service quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in residential property management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of home systems and maintenance procedures.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and empathize with homeowners while providing efficient solutions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, as needed, to address urgent homeowner requests or emergencies.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
